All course material is sent to students automatically once the last Tutor Marked Assignment in the current section has been successfully completed.
It is important to remember that it takes approximately 6 working days to mark and submit the results to your VIEW MY PROGRESS area. If you are due further material this will be ordered from the ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT at the same time. The materials are sent to you by post.
You must allow sufficient time for your work to be marked, your Progress Report issued and the course material to be posted to you. However, if you are concerned that you have not received the next part of your course, and you are certain you are due it, please go to Student World and choose the ADMIN tab, and then select the first link which is named NOT RECEIVED NEXT PART OF COURSE. This will take you to a form which you can fill in and submit directly
Please note that tutors do not send out the course material; you do need to contact the Administration Team at the Luton office. However, submitting the form will ensure that your query goes directly to the Administration Department and it will be dealt with much more quickly. Please do not complete and submit the form unless you are due the next part of your course, i.e. you have successfully completed the last Tutor Marked Assignment in your current manual and have received the result for that Assignment. If you submit the form before you are due the next part of the course this may lead to delays.
